Basic: Homecoming Flower Mound High School provided 5,300 people with clean water by selling buttons during homecoming. The idea was to take the tradition of mums and use it to benefit the people of Sudan. FMHS sold buttons for their club benefitting Water is Basic. Selling buttons gave people the option to comletely opt out of the tradtional mum and just wear a button or add a button to their mum.

Basic: Birthday Hannah provided 2,300 people with clean water through her birthday party. Hannah was turning 7 years old when she decided that what she wanted for her birthday, from her freinds, was money to help the people of Sudan through Water is Basic.
